Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store credit card numbers. Paystack may share your billing email and transaction status with us.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.
Device Information: We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type.
Location Data: If you use the QR location alert feature and grant permission, we collect GPS coordinates when you share your location with a pet owner. Location data is shared only once and is not stored permanently.
Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and security. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information

Service Providers: We use Paystack for payment processing. AI features are powered by third-party services that process data only as necessary to perform their functions.
Emergency Contacts: When a QR tag is scanned and the finder shares their location, the pet owner receives the GPS coordinates. No other personal information is shared with the finder.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission
Secure password hashing
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove all associated data within 30 days. Logs and pet profiles are deleted immediately upon account deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
